What is the primary key on Emp_Act? Is it those 5 columns above the line? If so, this is a design consisting of a mere 4 tables - imagine if additional tables then need to point their FKs at that table, and in their turn... IMHO, this table should have a surrogate key, and those 5 columns become an alternate key. Great idea BTW, recording the lecturer's notes.
